"Khaleesi from Kansas with Carol Burnett humor and a penchant for purple." - My Sister
From an early age, her family called her "Sarah Bernhardt" which logically led to a career in acting. A proud native of Kansas City, she got her BFA from Emerson College in Boston. During her time there, she had the great fortune to study abroad in Amsterdam, learn some stuff, and perform.
She was artistically reared in NYC studying under greats like Larry Moss, then headed to sunnier LA to focus on film and TV. She's been in a bunch of movies and TV shows, toured nationally singing and doing theatre, and even sprinted full-speed on an Olympics international commercial.
People say that she's a little like Jennifer Aniston, a little like Rhea Seahorn, a little like Lucille Ball, a little like Grace Kelley, and a little like any of her heroines that will make her pop up on YOUR google search. Her favorite color is purple, and her ukulele's name is Layla.
Sarah has added the producing feather to her cap with TTTW Productions. She and her team were just awarded the first ever Women in Film and Theatre Fund Grant to make her comedy web series, "Stupid Cupid." Check out more on the series' website, Facebook page and Insta handle for giggles. Share with us your crazy dating and love stories!
